Food & Beverage Manager

Green Hills Country Club is conducting a search for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager. The GHCC F&B Manager is a member facing and hands-on position, responsible for the management of the F&B Clubhouse Operations including indoor and outdoor dining areas, events and beverage. The F&B Manager will develop and strengthen F&B operational standards, processes, procedures. They will solely be responsible for elevating and ensuring exceptional service standards on a consistent basis, and play a central role on our executive management team, including fulfilling the role of manager on duty as needed.

We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated, successful track-record of leadership in high-quality food & beverage management positions for private clubs or high-end establishments in the hospitality industry. The candidate must have extensive and effective F&B management experience, overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including personnel management, hiring, training, mentorship, and retain a high degree of fiscal acumen.  The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, outgoing, friendly, and most importantly, dependable with a positive demeanor and natural disposition for hospitality.
