Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead all food & beverage operations, including our upscale dining venues, bar services, weddings, and private events. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with a passion for hospitality, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to deliver a first-class member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, banquets, and events.
• Lead, mentor, and develop F&B and events staff to ensure top-tier service and professionalism.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and special events in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Manage department budgets, labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with culinary leadership to design and execute seasonal menus and creative event offerings.
• Drive member satisfaction through ongoing innovation and elevated dining and event experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Club leadership on strategic planning and club-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume F&B operations, preferably in a country club, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven success managing weddings and large-scale events.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience with POS systems, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000 – $100,000, based on experience
