The University Club of Pasadena is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager to help lead the daily hospitality experience of our historic private club. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys building strong teams, creating memorable member experiences, and helping shape the future of a vibrant club community.
Founded in 1922, the Club has long served as a gathering place for professionals, scholars, and community leaders in Pasadena. Today, we are entering an exciting new chapter of renewal with improvements to our facilities, expanded programming, and renewed energy among our membership.

Position Overview
The Clubhouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the clubhouse including front-of-house service, member dining, event execution, and facility coordination. Reporting directly to the General Manager/CEO, this individual will lead the clubhouse team while ensuring smooth, efficient operations and exceptional service standards.
This role combines hands-on hospitality leadership with strong operational management. The Clubhouse Manager works closely with the culinary, membership, and events teams to create a seamless member experience across all areas of the Club.
The ideal candidate enjoys leading from the floor while also developing systems and processes that support exceptional hospitality.
